an adult birthday party today (I'm just not into them has to do with age, kinda like a car when it's over 200k miles).

Tomorrow we're planning on buying a cordless vacuum cleaner at Costco, last day of the sale. Over $500, what?????!!!!!

I need to decide if I want to cut the grass or wait until after the rainstorm. It's starting to look like a pasture.

Need to make a run to the goodwill store with a bunch of stuff and get my hearing aids back from being tuned up.

had a tenant finally remove himself just before the sheriff is scheduled to remove them, takes a long time to go through courts et al
left on Friday
tampered with the fire alarms
I know because he sent email demanding money to fix them, or he was calling the fire marshall
also is demanding money to fix other things or is calling the electrical inspector, and building inspector, if we don't pay him off

I tripped out Sunday morning, opened the panel found all the wires, tried to twist the wires back together and put the marrettes back on, Neutral does not mean what you think it does when the breaker is still on, shocked me across the hallway, if there wasn't an instruction label on the inside of the door the panel would have been live
turned off the breaker was a smarter thing to do

Electricians found all the changes to electrical ciruits in his unit
Plumbers found the cut sewer pipes
alarm guy found the smashed terminator in the line that serves that unit, reconnected the disconnected power, replaced the stolen backup batteries so the alarms work.

Anyone can buy an alarm panel key on ebay amazon aliexpress, they are all the same, anyone can buy plant tractor truck crane keys, water meter key,

mounties won't do anything, say the email demanding money to fix things he states he damaged is not sufficient

He left the residents of 11 other units with no fire alarms, nothing happened, it could have been catastrophic

Why are there such people

To a local theater for a play.
