Golf Courses for the Entire US Polygons not Points

Does anyone know where I can find a shapefile for the boundaries of all golf courses in the USA? This would need to be a polygon feature and not a point feature.
I currently have two datasets that are points (lat/lon) centered on the golf courses, but I really need polygons.
I could digitize these using satellite imagery, but that is going to take a hundred years...
