Mapfactor Navigator with offline maps

I have been using this Mapfactor Navigator GPS program for some time. Lots of free features including free offline maps. No data connection needed.. One last thing it does have directions with street names. You may have to make a change in your setting . For my Samsung phone I had to make this change . Open navigator/settings/language and change voice engine to TTS
