i thought we were done with frost, nope it snuck back in for a couple of days, and now they say we are in a drought. and there worried about fire danger this year, they weren't worried about raising property taxe's this year again !

Mazatlan

You must have gotten the bargain rate For I left San Diego March 30th and cruised Past Mazatlan stopping at several resort towns and turned around and passed it for on the 8th it was cloudy so the captain turned out to sea and after about 100 miles stopped the ship and with clear skies 1400 of us passengers got clear view of the eclipse. The captain then turned around and we arrived in San Diego April 13th. BEAUTIFUL CRUISE AND PHOTOS.

We went

to Costco to get the replacement tire mounted. 3 weeks is a bit odd, this is the 2nd time it took that long to get a new tire under road hazard. Maybe it's like warranty work on a car, back of the line.

Decided to get a factory OE rim plus a used tire, very cheap. $70 for the rim, $87 for the tire (9/32 and $280 new). Probably not gonna do TPMS at $52. likely have to pay another $25 for mount and balance. But now we'll have a full sized spare not a compact, in case this happens again.

We bought an un-cleared

We bought an un-cleared Mountain Lot in 1998... Cleared to one side of pond in 2002... Cleared area for garage, built in 2004/5. Cleared to back side of pond by 2008/9. Top of lot by 2010/11.. House built 2013, Retired in 2015... Cleared small areas each year since... 2021/22 fix leaks in pond.
In past 2-3 weeks cleaning up dead bushes around pond.... Looks pretty nice, now!
